IR Temperature Array Controller

Applications:
The FIRA-600A array sensor was developed with 16 x 4 pixels to overcome weak point of existing typical way, online IR camera's and portable thermals camera for predictive maintenance application. Online IR camera is too expensive for this purpose and Portable Thermal Imaging camera's with occasional checking can miss the timing of actual accident. Continuous monitoring for electrical facilities at same place with 16 x 4 pixels is enough for hot spot detection in this application.  

Applications include monitoring of important electrical equipment to avoid breakdowns, fires and costly repairs and include:
- Busbars
- Circuit Breakers 
- DB Boards 
- Transformers
- Any other predictive maintenance applications

Features:
- Larger or smaller areas can be covered depending on distance of the sensor from the object
- Sensor can be mounted horizontally or vertically as required
- Alarms can be set for all 64 pixels
- Permanent protection of important and sensitive equipment
- RS-485 Modbus allows mnay units to be connected to the network
