Preventative Maintenance Surveys undertaken by Level ll Thermographer with over 20 years experience as a Thermographer at very reasonable rates. This survey includes a comprehensive reports on any items needing attention. 

Thermal inspections pick up overheating cable, electrical components and motors that are not visible to the eye.  In addition reports are also generated for any connections, wiring or components that are not up to the required standard.  

Preventative maintenance picks up problems that are developing before they turn into costly repairs and unplanned downtime.  It also reduces the risk of electrical fires by picking up any over heating of cables or electrical components due to loose connections, overloading of cables or old or faulty equipment.  Don't wait for the problem to happen.
